Rapidly rotating wall cloud encountered around 6 p.m. on 4/11/07 near mile marker 30 on I-70 east of Terre Haute, IN. Just after I got this video, a tornado warning was issued for this storm. At the time I thought this was just strong outflow wind, but upon reviewing my video I think a weak tornado MAY have crossed the road in front of me. There is a lowering and some rotation in the clouds, and although I can't tell if there is rotation in the dust cloud, its nearly vertical edges suggest that possibility.
